Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: If your desired style is in stock and all payment clears we will have your shipment to you in 2-5 business days.

Q: How long does shipping take if a style is not in stock?
A: Styles that are not in stock, will appear in the beige color under the size availability chart and show delivery dates.

Q: How long does special ordering take?
A: Special orders take 2-3 months, but you need to confirm that the style is capable of being special ordered first by calling or emailing us.

Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes, we ship international.

Q: What carrier do you use?
A: - For domestic shipments we use UPS.
    - For international shipments a forwarder is highly recommended. Otherwise shipping via Fedex and TNT is available.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping charges can only be determined after an order is placed depending on the quantity of units and styles chosen.

Q: How long does international shipping take?
A: International shipping varies by country.

Q: How can I change my shipping address?
A: 1) click Checkout in “my cart”,
     2) Then go to steps, you will see shipping address.
(You can either change the default address or create a new one)

Q: Do you drop ship?
A: Drop shipping is available and is subject to an extra $15 fee.




Returns & Replacements

Q: What is the return policy?
A: No cancellation will be accepted after three days after date of the order. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and accepted by Terani Couture. No returns for any reason will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Request for a return authorization on damaged merchandise must be made within seven days of receipt of merchandise. No freight deduction allowed.

Note: Any orders outside of 7 days is not returnable or refundable




Ordering

Q: How can I order?
A: You can either use the search bar to search any style. Or you may view by collection. Also note a stock order is required every season and must be present before the time of purchasing from a new collection. If a stock order is not placed, you will receive a call from one of our sales representatives

Q: How do I read the stock availability chart?
Green = Stock
Beige = Shipment on order (delivery date available)
White = Sold out (call to special order)

    - Wire Transfers: Accepted

Q: How to view order?
A: Click on “My account” page on the top right corner then you will see under “Recent Order"




Updating Account Information

"My account" consist of your account information such as  order history, address book, shipping address. You can make any necessary changes here.
